Caitlin Quinlan-Davidson has been practicing yoga for more than ten years. She went through teacher training in the spring of 2008. Since completing hertraining Caitlin has taught yoga on a regular basis. One main emphasis in Caitlin's practice, as well as her class, is the breath. With this emphasis, each class is a unique, dynamic, and challenging sequence of movements and flow. Caitlin enjoys incorporating funky music into her class to give the class a unique touch. Along with yoga, Caitlin enjoys spending time with her dog Kodi and buddy Brutus, baking granola for her company Caitlin's Granola, and working out.
