Erica's passion for the practice has deeply evolved over the past several years.  She found a love for the practice once she discovered the power of breath, on and off the mat.  After realizing how the benefits of yoga reach far beyond a physical level, Erica decided to deepen her practice and complete her 200-hour teacher training in 2013.

There's something so powerful about the combination of physical intensity, mental focus, and breath control.  Something special happens to you in a yoga room.

Blue has been Erica's home as a practitioner for quite some time, which opened up the opportunity for a natural progression from student to teacher.  In Erica's classes, she likes to place emphasis on using the breath to slow down and become aware of body alignment, while flowing through challenging postures and fun, upbeat flows.

Peace. It does not mean to be in a place where there is no noise, trouble or hard work. It means to be in the midst of these things and still be calm in your heart.
