Brooke found yoga during her freshman year a UofM. Like many others, it started as a physical practice but she quickly saw the dramatic impact it had on the rest of her life. She fell in love with the yoga lifestyle and has since dedicated herself to a daily practice.
She completed her Yoga Teaching Training in 2015 with a love of teaching playful and powerful vinyasa classes. Brooke pairs intense asana with upbeat music and inspiration to leave her students feeling empowered and awakened.
