We know getting started can be intimidating, especially if you have never tried yoga or have been away from your practice for awhile. No matter what the case, we are here for you! Our teachers and staff LOVE welcoming new students, whether new to the practice or simply new to our community. Our goal is to make your transition to our Blue family seamless, and most importantly, FUN!


For all Tri-County resident yogis, your first class with us is always FREE! After that, we offer a ton of great new student specials. Our welcoming staff is always available to help you find the package that is best for you.

Which class should I take first? 

If you fall into the category of newer to yoga or haven’t practiced in quite a while, we like to recommend starting off with a slow burn or ashtanga remix class. These classes are almost entirely lead by the instructor, which gives you, the student, more time to get into the groove of things. Don’t forget, we all felt new at one point!

If you are feeling more adventurous, or have a more regular practice, then check out our hot vinyasa classes.  These classes, set to upbeat music, allow students more freedom to flow through a series of postures on their own, providing an opportunity to explore and adjust.

What should I bring?

If you have your own, bring a yoga mat, towel and water to each class.  If you don’t wish to bring water, just make sure you are fully hydrated and prepared to sweat! Blue does offer Manduka mats and Yogitoes for rent, as well as SmartWater for sale.
