Kelly found her personal yoga practice sixteen years ago to help ease the stress of everyday life. It was on her mat she realized the extreme effect that the breath can offer on the mat and off. Kelly has learned from many gifted teachers and uses their influence to encourage her students to find their mental and physical edge.
Her classes are an energetic blend of breath and movement and she loves to practice and teach inversions and arm balances! Kelly always emphasizes breath awareness and conscious intention to promote a stable and balanced practice. Kelly’s goal is to make sure that every student feels they reach their highest potential and maintain a peaceful mind and body. Outside of yoga, Kelly enjoys nothing more than spending time with her husband & twin boys.
