Kirsten has been practicing yoga for over five years. She was hardcore set on the pre-med path when this practice gave her the strength to let go of a lifelong dream that was based on expectations rather than true passion. Already dedicating herself fully to teaching at a young age, it is her dream to continue this path of inspiring others to rise up out of expectations and move into the endless possibilities that come from staying true to yourself. She carries a raw passion and energy that she brings to every class with the hopes of getting her students to truly open up, to not be afraid to move deeper into themselves, and to be comfortable being uncomfortable. There’s nothing like a beautiful backbend or a heart opener to get you to start stripping away the layers of protection we build to mask the beauty inside. It's all there. Let's "release and reveal."

It is better to live your own destiny imperfectly than to live an imitation of somebody else’s live with perfection.
— Bhagavad Gita
