This class is a hybrid:  Picture a juicy yoga practice paired with a defined strength training experience. Combine the foundations of yoga with the principles of strength-based micro movements in a manner unlike any other class. Focus on the posterior body creates tone and lift in a way that will promote better alignment, posture and spinal health.
